Shipping policy

Processing time:

Please allow up to 3-7 business days for ready made orders to be checked, packed, and dispatched. 

Pre orders can take up to 6-10 weeks before being shipped as they are made to order and require a bit of time to ensure quality. 

Return to sender occurrence:

If your package is returned to us you are responsible to contact lunarcrystalcreations@yahoo.com with the correct address to be shipped back to. The customer is also responsible for the shipping costs (rates vary). An invoice will be sent for the shipping fees, once paid you will be given a notification containing your new tracking information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable:

Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for insufficient shipping addresses on returned shipments or lost packages.

**Please be aware that I am not responsible for lost packages! If in the event your order is lost please contact your local postal service that you chose and contact them to inquire about your package. They can help you better than I can to locate your lost package. You can also file a claim with them as well!**
