Refund policy

Please note that there is a no refund policy.

All items are double checked for quality before being packaged and shipped. If in the event there is damage to the item, it may be sent back for repairs. 

 Customer service hours are Monday through Friday. The best times to contact is from the hours of 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
